About Ginette
Ginette was designed by the architectural firm of Raed Abillama Architects which has recently worked on restoring Joseph stores in London and Paris.
Consisting of The Eatery, The Fashion Boutique Area & The Art Gallery. On the terrace and the ground floor area, you will find The Eatery serving healthy salads, open face sandwiches and wide selection of dessert, confectioned by the famous local patisserie Oslo. As Rocky the f & b manager from Ginette said – “Mainly our dishes are open face sandwiches, on French bread imported from France and directly used in for the “tartines”. Some of the favorites are: the roast beef sandwish. The favorite desserts are: the flourless chocolate cake, the angel cake, the cheesecake or also the mille feuilles and the chocolate tart.
