Refunds & Returns

Before we delve into the nitty gritty details of our refund policies we'd like to start off by saying that we love happy Makhsoomers! Also, we recognize that things don't always work out the way they're supposed to but hey, that's life right? We do our best to ensure that the businesses we work with, as well as the services and/or products we present to you are at all times as transparent and clear as possible in the specific conditions and terms related to the deal or product listed

Below is our Return & Refund Policy:

  • For Local Deals and Hotels

  • What Makes you eligible for a refund

    • Unused coupons can be refunded with Makhsoom Credit before expiry date unless mentioned otherwise in the fine print

    • If the merchant refused to accept your coupon or refused to act by the fine prints and highlights included in the deal

    • If the merchant offered a service in contrary to what was mentioned in the deal

  • What doesn't make you eligible for a refund

    • If the service didn't live up to your expectations

    • If you didn't abide by the Booking/Cancellation policy of the merchant as instructed in the deal details

    • If the coupon passes the expiry date

  • To refund a coupon, please send an email to refunds@makhsoom.com with the coupon(s) number you want to refund

  • For Products

  • In case you didn't like what you bought, you can return the item within 7 days unless mentioned differently

  • To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be unused and in its original packaging as received

  • After we receive the returned item, it will be inspected and we will notify you by phone or email if the return is approved or rejected and proceed with the refund accordingly

  • Shipping fees will not be refunded unless the product is defective

  • To return a product, please send an email to refunds@makhsoom.com with your order number and the item you want to return
