Keep going until you reach the 3rd building on the left, a.k.a Yanni Building (You'll also find Optica's), we'll be waiting for your visit on the 1st floor!

    1. Credit-debit card, this method automatically allows the coupon to be sent to your Makhsoom account.

    2. Makhsoom cash on delivery, we'll take care of everything on your behalf and come to your doorstep to collect your payment (In this case, coupons are sent after a few hours of making payment).

    3. Audi bank cash payment, you can pay for the deal by depositing needed amount in our bank account at any Audi Branch, once settled, our bank account number will be sent for this matter. The coupons will be sent within the next day.

    You can either come pick your goody up from our offices, or have it delivered to you by our crew (if you reside in greater Beirut), or by Aramex (if you reside farther to the north or south) at an extra charge based on mileage and physical dimension of your order.

    When will my products / coupons arrive?

    There are three possible scenarios:

    1. If you chose to pay by credit-card, your coupons will be sent automatically, and your products the next day (the latest).

    2. If you chose Makhsoom Cash on Delivery, delivery is usually done within same day (or next day the latest, depends on your location and the dimensions of your products).

    3. If you chose Audi Bank Cash Deposit, your coupons will arrive within a few hours from your deposit, and your products will be delivered either on the same or next day (depending on your location and size of your ordered products).

    Yup, there's a $3 charge per trip, not order. This fee may increase depending on your location and dimensions of your ordered product (it stays $3 if you ordered a daily deal).

  • Why can't I sign in or buy anything?

    Why can't I sign in or buy anything?

    Make sure you're already registered and have a valid Makhsoom username & password. If that's the case, you probably need to clear your cache and delete your browser cookies.

    To do so, if you're using Google Chrome you'll need to click on settings > History > Clear Browsing Data > Select Cache & Cookies (3rd and 4th item) > Select "from beginning of time" (located at the top of the dialog box) > Clear browsing data. Voila! You'll be able to sign in and buy any deal normally.

    If you're using Mozilla Firefox, press "Alt" on your keyboard > History > Clear Recent History > Choose Cache & Cookies > Time Range to Clear = Everything > Clear Now. Voila! You should be A-ok!

    I tried buying a deal with my credit card, it was refused, why?

    Make sure your card has the required amount, also check if you entered the right expiry date (ex: MM-YYYY).
    If your card is still blocked, contact your bank or try buying again with it after 7 days.
