Suggested Use

Add up to 10 drops to your art naturals diffuser to subdue sleep deprivation and dispel worries

Add up to 12 drops in carrier oil and massage onto skin. This solution can be used on dry skin and lips to moisturize

Dilute essential oil twenty times the volume with a carrier oil prior to skin application
