1. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Standard Shipping fees apply with some exceptions and are calculated based on weight/dimensions, and the final amount will be displayed before completing the order.

2. Processing & Delivery Time
Orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays). Estimated delivery times are 1–3 business days for domestic orders unless otherwise stated. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on location, carrier performance, or external factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Method
Orders are shipped via Wakkilni and in-house delivery. Tracking information will be provided where available.

4. Delivery Issues
If a delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for re-delivery fees, return costs, or additional charges. Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
