Storage and Protection:

Always use the zipper bag when storing the item

The bag protects the item and prolongs its lifespan

Store the item inside the bag when not in use

For Cold Relief:

Place the item inside the zipper bag

Close the zip securely

Place the zippered bag in the freezer for up to 2 hours

The gel does not freeze the item remains flexible

For Heat Relief:

Remove the sleeve from the zipper bag

Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds

Test for comfort before use

If too hot, allow to cool to desired temperature

If not hot enough, repeat heating in short increments

Care Instructions:

Wipe down with a damp cloth

Lay flat and air dry

Do not wash, bleach, tumble dry, iron, or dry clean
