What makes you eligible for a refund?

If the merchant refused to accept your coupon or refused to act by the fine prints included in the deal.

If the merchant offered a service in contrary to what was mentioned in the deal

Sales are non-refundable unless mentioned otherwise under the fine print

Examples of what doesn't make you eligible for a refund:

If the service didn't live up to your expectations

If you didn't abide by Booking/Cancellation policy of the merchant as instructed in Fine Print

If the coupon passes expiry date (unless mentioned differently in Fine Print)
