These sneakers are classics that have been around since 1917 -that’s 80 years! They are iconic of American pop culture and have been a fashion staple in each decade since they were created. They originally became famous when a basketball player named Chuck Taylor started wearing them which led to the shoe’s nickname of “Chucks.”
