I booked 90 min couple massage with towels and scrub. The receptionist made gave the ladies a 80 min couple massage with scrub by mistake. When I told the ladies they started speaking so loudly that they can’t even speak to the receptionist to make sure!!! Then I texted the guy on WhatsApp and he apologised and then they can back saying oh you want hot towelllll that much! Plus I was right under the ac the whole time instead of healing I was shivering from cold.

And it was my birthday gift to myself and I have already texted that I’d like a perfect experience when I booked that appointment. My masseuse did a fair job on my back but not as much on the legs, hands and nearly never touched my face or head.. so not a full body massage in reality.
